GREECE YOGA RETREAT INFORMATION
We are so excited to spend the week together in Greece for our yoga retreat!
Here is all the information you will need for your trip. Please read carefully and if you have any questions please contact us.
Yoga Retreat Check In/Out:
Please do not arrive prior to 1pm
We have a limited time to set up the venue ready for your arrival and we cannot accommodate early arrivals.
Check in - 1pm onwards on Tuesday 13th May 2025
Check out - 10am Tuesday 20th May 2025

Yoga Retreat Airport Pick Up:
For those travelling on Jet2 flight LS1019 Manchester - Kefalonia 06:25, we have arranged an airport transfer for you. Once you are through airport security and have collected your luggage, please look for a driver with a sign for ‘Jane Lawrence’. You can use the yoga retreat whatsapp group to connect with other yoga retreat guests at the airport if you wish.
Yoga Retreat Airport Drop Off:
For those travelling on Jet2 flight LS1020 Kefalonia - Manchester at 13:15, we have arranged an airport drop off for you. You will be picked up at 10am at our retreat villa.
If you are travelling on a different flight, please contact us. You may need to arrange a different airport transfer for yourself. Please note, if the timings align for you, all retreat guests are welcome to use the airport transfers detailed above.
Yoga Retreat Menu:
We have prepared a special retreat menu for you. Please feel free to bring any other snacks that you may want. We will prepare two meals daily at our yoga retreat villa. You will have the time and space to explore other eateries in Kefalonia as you wish. There are eateries within walking distance of the villa.
Yoga Retreat Dietary Requirements:
If you have not already done so, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies and we will cater accordingly. Please note, we cannot cater to any last minute amendments to dietary requirements.

Our Yoga Retreat Schedule:
Each morning we will lead a nourishing yoga practice. Throughout the yoga retreat there will also be yoga workshops, meditation, journalling, deep relaxation and guided self enquiry, all designed to support your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Please feel free to opt out of anything that you do not wish to join.
Injuries:
If you have any health issues, injuries, any areas of concern or if you are pregnant, please inform us and we will cater the yoga classes accordingly.
Free Time:
Please feel free to join in with as much or as little of our yoga retreat schedule as you like. Please take free time to rest, read, relax and enjoy your Greece yoga retreat.

Warm layers, jumpers and thick socks (for evenings)

Swimwear, beachwear, hat & sunglasses (our villa provides one pool towel and one bath towel per guest, please feel free to bring your own if you prefer)
Notepad & pen
Toiletries, suncream, insect repellent, adapter, medications & rehydration tablets
Ear plugs & sleep eye mask (recommended for room shares)
Flip flops/trainers
Euros for your meals outside the villa
We expect the weather will be glorious! That said, please check the weather forecast and ensure you have the appropriate clothing for our yoga retreat.
