We are so excited to spend the weekend together in the Lake District for our yoga retreat!
Here is all the information you will need for your trip. Please read carefully and if you have any questions please contact us.
Yoga Retreat Check In/Out
Please do not arrive prior to 4.30pm. We have a limited time to set up the venue ready for your arrival and we cannot accommodate early arrivals. If you arrive early, please park in Ambleside or Grasmere and explore the local areas, please do not park at Thorney How prior to 4.30pm.
Check in: 4.30pm onwards on Friday 14th November 2025
Check out: 9.30am on Monday 17th November 2025

We have prepared a special retreat menu for you. Please feel free to bring any other snacks and extra food or drinks that you may want.
Yoga Retreat Dietary Requirements
Our menu is based on a plant based diet. If you have not already done so, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies and we will cater accordingly. Please note, we can not cater to last minute amendments to your dietary requirements.

Our Yoga Retreat Schedule
Each morning we will lead a yoga practice. Throughout the day there will be workshops, meditation, sound healing and guided self enquiry, all designed to support your physical, mental and emotional well-being. We will also guide a deep relaxation every evening to prepare you for a blissful sleep. Please feel free to opt out of anything that you do not wish to join.
Injuries
If you have any health issues, injuries, any areas of concern or if you are pregnant, please inform us and we will cater the classes accordingly. Please note, sound healing is not suitable for the 1st trimester of pregnancy or those with a pacemaker.
Free Time
Please feel free to join in with as much or as little of our retreat schedule as you like. Please take free time to rest, read, relax and enjoy your countryside retreat.

Yoga/exercise clothes
Yoga mat (please let us know if you would like us to provide a mat for you)
Blanket, warm layers, jumpers and thick socks (for your deep relaxation)
Eye pillow
Yoga blocks & strap (optional) - we provide yoga bolsters (feel free to BYO bolster if you prefer)
Trainers/walking boots/wellies, coat, hat & gloves (you may want to head out for a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery)
Notepad and pen
Book
Ear plugs and sleep eye mask (recommended for room shares)
Flip flops (you may wish to use these to walk from the main house to the yoga space)
