To maintain your reservation, all payments must be received as per booking terms
All payments are non-refundable
All bookings are non-transferable
All payments are via bank transfer (this helps us to keep the retreat price as accessible as possible for our yoga retreat guests)
We pride ourselves in being an inclusive yoga retreat company - all genders are welcome to join us and we will cater to your room preferences so that you feel comfortable
We welcome solo travellers and those travelling with family/friends - you’ll make lots of new friends & our shared rooms will support you to bond throughout the retreat
Our retreat begins at 4.30pm Friday until 9.30am Monday - if you need to leave on Sunday evening you are welcome to and if you need to arrive later on Friday you are welcome to
Arrival at our retreat location is strictly from 4.30pm onwards
Single occupancy rooms are currently not available on this yoga retreat
You are required to purchase yourself appropriate travel insurance at the time of booking your yoga retreat with us
If you have specific dietary requirements due to health reasons please notify us at the time of booking (we can not cater to last minute dietary requests)
In the unlikely event that the yoga retreat is cancelled, you can move your booking to a future yoga retreat (if this is not suitable we will refund your payments in full)
During our yoga retreat you must adhere to our Retreat Code of Conduct, this creates a safe therapeutic space for all our yoga retreat guests and for our retreat team
